Sheet Pan Hawaiian Chicken

Hey!

This sheet pan Hawaiian chicken is loaded with juicy chicken, sweet peppers, red onion, and pineapple, all baked in a sticky barbecue-style sauce.

Everything cooks together on one pan, and the pineapple gets extra sweet and caramelized in the oven. SO GOOD.

Serve it with my quick jasmine rice, tuck it into 2-ingredient flatbread, or eat it straight off the pan. I fully support all three. 🙃

Pro Tip: Use a large sheet pan so the chicken and veggies roast instead of steaming. ✨

And please... don't skip the grilled cheese sandwich. It's practically the law. 😄 ✨ Pro Tip: An immersion blender lets you...

Cottage cheese adds a boost of protein without changing the flavor, and the crust bakes up golden, chewy, and crisp around the edges. Load it up with your favorite toppings, serve it with my Mediterranean salad, and finish the meal with a slice of light chocolate cake. That's pizza night done right. 🍕 ✨ Pro Tip: Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender...
